Terms and Conditions

1. Tickets (E-Tickets and Physical Tickets) can be purchased through 2024txtjakarta.com and valid to enter the TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR < ACT : PROMISE > IN JAKARTA
2. The ticket purchase link will be available 30 minutes before the sales start, allowing you to enter the waiting room. However, you will not be able to make purchase before the sales start. Once the sale starts at 10 AM, you will automatically be placed in a queue to make your purchase.
3. Only those who own a MOA Membership and have registered their accounts to join the presale event through the specified link on Weverse between July 22 - 26 are able to make presale purchases.
4. • Input your MOA membership code. One(1) MOA membership code is valid for One(1) email account. Make sure to input your MOA membership code correctly.
   • One(1) email account can only be used to purchase a maximum of Four(4) tickets.
   • General Onsale One(1) email valid only for one(1) transaction. Can only purchase a maximum of Four(4) tickets
   • One(1) email account can only be used to purchase a maximum of Eight(8) tickets.
5. Upon successfull payment, you will receive the email of booking confirmation. E-tickets containing the Seating Number / Queueing Number (standing) will be sent 1 week before the event via email.
6. E-Tickets must be redeemed for the physical tickets before entering the venue.
7. Each E-Ticket has a unique barcode and is valid for one person only. E-tickets can only be used once.
8. Ticket prices exclude government tax, service fees and any other applicable charges.
9. The promoter has the right to refuse or prohibit event entry if the ticket barcode has been used before.
10. Queueing number and seating number will be assigned to the attendees automatically based on the time of purchase and the available number.
11. Those in the event area must use actual tickets that have been exchanged. Attendees in the event area who do not have actual tickets will be dismissed from the venue area.
12. Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances unless specifically stated by the promoter. The event's postponement or cancellation is subject to the event's terms and conditions (TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR < ACT : PROMISE > IN JAKARTA).
13. The full name and ID/Passport Number which are filled in the Ticket Order Form must be the same as the physical ID/Passport. Please ensure that your full name and ID number are correct. Any differences in name and ID number may cause your ticket to be forfeited/invalid.
14. Entry will be refused if tickets have not been purchased from Promoter or other authorized points of sale appointed by the promoter.
15. The resale of tickets at the same price or any price in excess of the official purchase price is prohibited. The promoter is not responsible for tickets purchased from unofficial third-party or resellers.
16. The terms and location for physical tickets exchange will be informed via Promoter’s social media.
17. The promoter reserves the right to change, add or modify all provisions mentioned in the Terms and Conditions and/or information on the event (including but not limited to performances by performers or artists, and order of appearances) at any time, for any reason without prior notice or compensation to ticket buyers.
18. The promoter is not responsible for lost and stolen tickets, especially if the tickets are given to other parties as transactions outside the Promoter Website (2024txtjakarta.com). The promoter is also not responsible for any risks of loss and or title for gift vouchers, transmitted electronically to other purchasers upon electronic transmission to the recipient.
19. The promoter will not issue new tickets to ticket holders who intentionally or unintentionally lose their tickets.
20. The ticket buyer hereby waives the legal right to file a claim either through the courts or any other legally permitted means to sue Promoter and Ticketing Partners in the event of a cancellation of the event which is carried out by the artist, the government, or for other reasons beyond the ability of The Promoter and Ticketing Partners.
21. If an event is canceled by the Promoter, the Promoter will inform about the refund mechanism. The consumer agrees that the service fee at the time of purchase, will not be refunded.
22. By purchasing the ticket to TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR < ACT : PROMISE > IN JAKARTA, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions.

Syarat dan Ketentuan

1. Tiket (termasuk E-Ticket dan Tiket fisik) yang dapat digunakan untuk masuk ke acara konser TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR < ACT : PROMISE > IN JAKARTA hanya dijual melalui 2024txtjakarta.com.
2. Link pembelian tiket akan dibuka 30 menit sebelum penjualan dimulai yang memungkinkan Anda untuk bergabung ke dalam waiting room. Namun, kamu tidak akan bisa membeli tiket sebelum waktu penjualan dimulai. Ketika penjualan dimulai pada jam 10 pagi, Anda akan dimasukkan ke dalam antrian secara otomatis untuk membeli tiket.
3. Hanya pemilik MOA Membership yang telah mendaftarkan akunnya untuk mengikuti event presale di link yang tertera di Weverse diantara tanggal 22 - 26 Juli yang dapat mengikuti pembelian Presale
4. • Masukkan kode keanggotaan MOA Anda. Satu (1) kode keanggotaan MOA berlaku untuk Satu (1) akun email. Pastikan Anda memasukkan kode keanggotaan MOA Anda dengan benar.
   • Satu (1) akun email hanya dapat digunakan untuk membeli maksimal Empat (4) tiket.
   • Pada Penjualan Umum (General Onsale), Satu (1) email hanya berlaku untuk satu (1) transaksi. Dan hanya dapat membeli maksimal Empat(4) tiket.
   • Satu (1) akun email hanya dapat digunakan untuk membeli maksimal Delapan (8) tiket.
5. Setelah pembayaran berhasil, kamu akan menerima email konfirmasi pemesanan. E-tiket yang berisi Nomor Kursi (Seating) / Nomor Antrian (Standing) akan dikirimkan kepadamu 1 minggu sebelum acara melalui email
6. E-Tiket harus ditukarkan dengan tiket fisik untuk dapat masuk ke area acara.
7. Setiap E-Tiket memiliki barcode yang unik dan hanya berlaku untuk satu orang. E-Tiket hanya dapat digunakan satu kali.
8. Harga tiket belum termasuk dengan pajak pemerintah, biaya layanan dan biaya lainnya.
9. Penyelenggara berhak menolak atau melarang masuk penonton apabila barcode tiket telah digunakan sebelumnya.
10. Nomor antrian dan nomor kursi akan diberikan kepada pembeli secara otomatis berdasarkan waktu pembelian dan nomor urut yang tersedia.
11. Penonton yang berada di area event, wajib menggunakan tiket fisik yang telah ditukarkan. Bagi penonton yang berada di area event dan tidak memiliki tiket fisik, maka pihak penyelenggara berhak untuk mengeluarkan orang tersebut dari area venue.
12. Tiket tidak dapat dikembalikan atau ditukar tiket dalam keadaan apapun kecuali dinyatakan secara khusus oleh penyelenggara acara. Penundaan atau pembatalan acara tunduk pada syarat dan ketentuan acara tersebut (TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR < ACT : PROMISE > IN JAKARTA).
13. Nama lengkap dan NIK/Nomor Passport yang diisi pada Form Pembelian Tiket harus sama dengan KTP/Passport asli anda. Pastikan bahwa nama lengkap dan nomor kartu identitas Anda sesuai dengan KTP / Passport asli anda. Segala perbedaan nama dan Nomor identitas anda dapat menyebabkan tiket anda hangus/tidak berlaku.
14. Akses masuk akan ditolak jika tiket tidak dibeli dari Promotor atau tempat penjualan resmi yang ditunjuk oleh pihak Promotor.
15. Dilarang memperjual belikan tiket dengan harga yang sama dan atau melebihi harga pembelian resmi. Promotor tidak bertanggung jawab atas tiket yang dibeli melalui pihak ketiga atau reseller tidak resmi.
16. Ketentuan dan tempat penukaran tiket fisik akan diinformasikan melalui media sosial Promotor.
17. Promotor berhak untuk mengubah, menambah, atau memodifikasi informasi atas acara (termasuk tetapi tidak terbatas pada penampilan dari pengisi acara atau artis, dan atau urutan penampilan atau artis), kapanpun, dengan alasan apapun, tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya atau kompensasi kepada pembeli tiket.
18. Promotor tidak bertanggung jawab atas tiket yang hilang atau dicuri, terutama jika tiket diberikan kepada orang lain sebagai transaksi di luar 2024txtjakarta.com. Tiket tidak dapat digunakan untuk keperluan komersial termasuk untuk (dan tidak terbatas kepada) kupon hadiah, kompetisi dan undian. Tiket yang dijual dan digunakan dalam kondisi tersebut akan ditolak dan dibatalkan tanpa pengembalian dana. Tanpa Terkecuali.
19. Promotor tidak akan mengeluarkan tiket baru bagi para pemegang pemilik tiket yang secara sengaja ataupun tidak sengaja menghilangkan tiketnya.
20. Dengan membeli tiket, pembeli setuju untuk melepaskan hak hukumnya untuk menuntut Promotor dan Mitra Penjual Tiket jika acara dibatalkan karena artis, pemerintah atau faktor lain di luar kendali Promotor dan Mitra Penjual Tiket.
21. Jika acara dibatalkan oleh Promotor, maka Promotor akan menginformasikan mengenai ketentuan pengembalian dana tiket. Konsumen setuju bahwa untuk biaya layanan pada saat pembelian tiket tidak akan dikembalikan.
22. Dengan membeli tiket untuk TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR < ACT : PROMISE > IN JAKARTA, Anda telah menyetujui syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
